![]() I've written to Sony customer support, as have many others, and got no response. It's doubly bad because I also have PlayStation Plus Extra, which has this game at the moment, but the only choices given are to play the trial or upgrade to premium and stream the game. People on forums believe the newer license for the trial is overriding the license for the standard version I had in my account from Playstation Plus' free games last year. There is one version that won't download because it says I already own another version. I've downloaded every version from the store menu, app menu, and Playstation Plus Extra menu, and they all end up being the trial version. I now have two separate licenses for the game with the same name, and no mention of a trial, but that's all I'm allowed to play. Apparently, there is an issue with the licenses on these Dark Picture Anthology games. I downloaded the trial for Man of Medan because it was the version that was showing when I looked it up on my PS5. I can't buy House of Ashes either, but I never downloaded the trial. Just checking to see if this has been addressed by Sony, and apparently not.
